CED Group, the European leader in claims management services, announced today that its Spanish subsidairy, CED Spain, has acquired 100% of the capital of FOPERTEK SL. The stransaction was closed on July 10th and strengthens CED Group’s position in Spain.
FOPERTEK, with over 25 yearts of experience in the sector, is a well reputed player in the loss adjustment sector with longstanding customer relationships in the insurence en lease industry.
